The 2016/17 Annual Report demonstrates our continuing commitment to delivering a high quality and high value Healthwatch Richmond.

We reviewed Homemead residential care home In Teddington in March 2017. This was part of our work to review all the care homes in the borough.

As part of a series of Enter & View visits to assess local care, we have published our report into Gwynne Holford, a neurorehabilitation ward at Queen Mary's Hospital in Roehampton.

The local NHS had to save £20 million by April 2018 in order to meet its statutory duty not to go into debt.

The Mary Seacole Ward is part of the Inpatient Elderly Rehabilitation Service which focuses on maximising the functional and physical abilities of the patient.
