Our 2017/18 Annual Report demonstrates our ongoing efforts to deliver a high quality service for Richmond residents.

In July and August 2017, we visited the Lavender Ward at Queen Mary's Hospital (Roehampton). Lavender Ward is an acute admissions and treatment unit for adults (18-65 years old) experiencing a severe episode of mental illness.

We ran an event explaining commissioners’ and providers’ plans changes for mental health care and gathering local people's views and experiences.

Healthwatch Richmond gathered the views and experiences of over 100 women about the care they received during pregnancy (antenatal care).
