We are delighted that you are thinking about volunteering with Healthwatch Richmond. We depend on volunteers like you to ensure the voice of those living and working in Richmond upon Thames can be heard. People’s experiences are at the heart of all we do, and it is people like you who choose to volunteer that make such a difference and help us achieve the biggest impact in our work.

What does a volunteer do?

  • Make a genuine impact on healthcare in Richmond
  • Gain a unique insight into how healthcare works
  • Meet new people and be part of a supportive team
  • Observe how people experience healthcare services
  • Speak to patients using services alongside their carers and relatives
  • Feed back the experiences and views collected to inform reports
