Our volunteers support Healthwatch Richmond across two main areas; Enter & View and community outreach.

Enter & View volunteers support much of the work undertaken in producing Healthwatch Richmond's reports on health and social care providers.

Find our reports

What you'll do:

  • Conduct visits to healthcare facilities and observe how care is delivered.
  • Talk to patients, carers, and staff to hear their experiences.
  • Use your findings to help improve healthcare services for everyone.
  • Attend community events and raise awareness about Healthwatch Richmond
